Rise4 is a local fitness brand with two locations in Salt Lake City and Holladay, offering group fitness classes that make a difference in people’s lives.
My role in managing Rise4’s social media went beyond content creation—I built a strategy that fostered community, strengthened brand identity, and drove membership growth.



Rise4 needed more than just consistent posting… they needed a strategy to:
✔ Build credibility as a go-to local fitness space
✔ Create content that encourages real member engagement
✔ Showcase trainers, members, and gym culture to attract sign-ups
✔ Provide fitness tips and insights that add value to their audience
My Approach
Rather than chasing vanity metrics, I developed a content strategy that prioritized community engagement and a strong, authentic brand voice.

Results & Impact
Built and grew Rise4’s social presence from the ground up – Growing Instagram organically to 1,280 (SLC) and 866 (Holladay).
Expanded brand reach – 226,680 views and 20,090 accounts reached in the last 90 days, with over 30% non-followers.
Strong engagement – Thousands of interactions, profile visits, and story replies—boosting member involvement and conversions.
Direct Business Impact – Helped Rise4 Holladay grow from 0 to 160+ members in just 9 months.
